1. Appointment Booking and Reservations
All appointments must be made in advance through our online system or by contacting us directly. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Services are charged according to our pricing list
- Appointments can be made up to 30 days in advance
- Payment is required at the time of service
- Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability
- We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to emergencies or special circumstances
2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, cash, and digital payments.
- All services: Payment required at completion of service
- Package deals: Payment required at first visit
- Gift certificates: Must be presented at time of service
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
- We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
- Appointments: 24-hour notice required for cancellation
- Same-day cancellations: 50% service charge applies
- No-shows: Full service charge applies
- Late arrivals: Service may be shortened or rescheduled
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

- Clean hair and skin are required for all services

- Report all incidents to staff immediately
- We maintain professional liability insurance
6. Service Guarantees
We stand behind our work and are committed to client satisfaction.
- Services are guaranteed for 7 days from completion
- Adjustments are free within the guarantee period
- Guarantee does not cover changes in client preference
- Guarantee is void if client uses other products or services
- Refunds are available for unsatisfactory services within guarantee period
